This building was originally an agricultural animal and implement store.  It had fallen into a state of dis-repair and was in need of some careful restoration.

The main building had an 'open' elevation which consisted of simple granite posts.
The new glazed wall was set back from the line of the posts to retain the 'open' effect of that elevation.

There are some interesting roof trusses and these have been repaired and retained.
